“The Association Partenariat in cooperation with the Agence de Developpement Communal supported the Association 10,000 Problemes in the International Festival RAPANDAR (April 27-30, 2006) with the theme youth fighting against AIDS. Due to their hard work and pro-active attitude a majority of the youth was reached.”
